Terms of use of the website, related rules and legal responsibilities.
It is recommended that you read the User Agreement, including the terms, rules and legal responsibilities set out below, before accessing www.via-turkey.com. Please do not use www.via-turkey.com if the stated terms are not appropriate for you.
By using the site and filling out the form with your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.
1. Rules of Use and Safety
www.via-turkey.com is available to all members. The services provided on the site are free of charge unless otherwise stated.
In the following written cases, the site management may prevent the member from accessing the site and reserves its legal rights against the person or persons involved in the following attempts:
1.a. Registration of false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, information containing expressions that do not comply with the rules of morality and contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey
1.b. Unauthorized partial or complete copying of the site content
1.c. The User is directly responsible for any damages that may arise from the sharing of information such as usernames, passwords and usage rights given to the Users or determined by them with third parties or organizations (use of this information by persons other than the User). Likewise, the User may not use personal information such as IP address, e-mail address, user name belonging to someone else on the Internet, nor may the User access or use the private information of other users without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise from such use.
1.d. Any use of software that will threaten the security of the Site, prevent the operation of the Site and the software used, performing or attempting to perform activities and obtaining, deleting, changing information

3a. The data of the users visiting www.via-turkey.com (duration, time of visit, pages viewed) are tracked in order to serve them better. Such information is shared with the companies that we cooperate with in terms of advertising, etc. in order to expand and improve the content by adhering to confidentiality terms. The objective is to improve the experience offered by the site to its users and to improve www.via-turkey.com.
3.b. After the user of www.via-turkey.com fulfills the sections required for registration and confirms his e-mail address, the user may start accessing www.via-turkey.com by entering his e-mail address and password, provided that he complies with the terms set forth in this agreement.
3.c. The User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Decree Laws and legal regulations on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, Law of Obligations, other relevant legislation provisions and all kinds of announcements and notifications that www.via-turkey.com will publish regarding its services while using the www.viaturkey.com website and services. All legal, criminal and financial responsibilities that may arise due to these notifications and illegal use belong to the User.
3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations stated in this Agreement or the common rules announced on www.via-turkey.com, the User may be prevented from utilizing www.via-turkey.com by www.via-turkey.com for a temporary or indefinite period of time and/or the User's account may be closed.
3.e. The user may not take actions that prevent or make it difficult for other users and visitors to use www.via-turkey.com, install and force/lock automatic programs on servers or databases, or attempt to cheat. If it is detected, user accepts that its membership will be terminated and accepts all kinds of legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.
3.g. The User may not delete or remove Copyright, Trademark and any notes within the scope of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works on any material copied or printed from www.via-turkey.com.
3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via www.via-turkey.com. The login authorization of the user who terminates its membership will be canceled. The person who cancels its membership accepts that this process is irreversible.
3.j. The relations of the users of the website with each other or with third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.
3.m. In certain parts of the Site, different rules and obligations exclusive to that section may be stated. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
3.n. Please read the "Privacy Policy" section to review the measures are taken to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this matter.
3.o The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) to be used in the purchases to be performed on the site is correct and that the legal and criminal responsibilities arising therefrom belong to him.
7. Addresses for Service
7.a. www.via-turkey.com does not request postal addresses from its users in advance. However, the e-mail address that the user notifies to www.via-turkey.com shall be deemed to be the e-mail from which the legal address will be requested for any notification to be made regarding this contract.
7.b. Unless the parties notify the other party in writing of any changes in their existing e-mails within 3 (three) days, the parties agree that any requests to the old e-mails shall be valid and deemed to have been made to them.
7.c. any notification to be made by www.via-turkey.com using the registered e-mail address of the user shall be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the electronic mail is sent by www.viaturkey.com. The user declares, accepts and undertakes that it has read, understood, accepted all of the articles in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about itself.
